Limitations of AI
Diagnosis Pad’s AI may not always be accurate or contextually appropriate. You are responsible for verifying the information before making important decisions.
User Responsibility
Diagnosis Pad is provided "as is", with no warranties. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from its use, including data loss or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
Limitation of Liability
You agree to use Diagnosis Pad responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws, and will not use it for illegal or unethical purposes.
Subscriptions
A subscription is valid for the subscription period only.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
Subscriptions require an online check with Apple at least once every subscription renewal period. No personal data is sent for this check.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected in the About section or on our website.
Agreement
If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of Diagnosis Pad.
