- Rotator cuff disorders: Conditions that affect the muscles and tendons that surround the shoulder joint, such as tendinitis, bursitis, or tears.

Symptoms may include pain, numbness, tingling, weakness, limited range of motion, swelling, redness, and warmth. The severity and location of symptoms can vary depending on the specific condition.
Diagnosis and Treatment of Upper Limb Injuries and Disorders
Diagnosis is typically made through a combination of physical examination, medical history, and imaging tests such as X-rays or MRI scans. Treatment may include rest, ice, compression, elevation (RICE), physical therapy, pain management, and in some cases, surgery.

Prevention measures include maintaining good posture, taking regular breaks to stretch and move, using proper lifting techniques, avoiding repetitive motion or overuse, and wearing protective gear when engaging in sports or activities that carry a risk of injury.
